The deposit goes straight to the clinic and comes off your treatment price, it isn’t an extra cost. You pay the remaining balance to the clinic directly, on the terms set out in your offer. The clinic issues your receipt for the treatment, and ClinicaGo issues a separate one for the service fee.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
Standard ClinicaGo cancellation terms apply which you can view in the Terms of Use page. However, we also provide you with each clinic’s cancellation policy that, where applicable, is the cancellation policy applied. Where a cancellation is refundable, the deposit is returned to the card you paid with and the clinic issues a credit note. Cancel through the platform so the request is logged and processed.
